A top-tier high-tech company specializing in advanced AI processors for edge devices is seeking a skilled SoC/System Architect. In this role, you will define and specify requirements for cutting-edge AI chips. You’ll work closely with Product, Software, and VLSI teams to craft architectural solutions that balance performance, cost, and non-functional KPIs. Key responsibilities include analyzing architectural concepts and managing SoC performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Define system, software, and hardware requirements for SoCs and their integration.
Establish data and control flows, balancing hardware and software efforts.
Evaluate performance and propose optimizations for SoCs and sub-systems.
Select and assess third-party IPs for future SoCs.
Requirements
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years as a SoC or system architect.
5+ years in roles such as Logic Designer, Design Verification Engineer, or System Engineer.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle ambiguity and work effectively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SoC memory subsystems, bus fabric, and DDR.
Knowledge of microprocessor/DSP architecture, hardware/software partitioning.
Familiarity with MIPI, PCIe, USB, Ethernet.
Proficiency in Python, C++, SystemC.
Experience with SoC security and deep learning hardware acceleration.
