We are seeking a talented and experienced Hardware Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge circuit boards. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of complex circuit boards, including requirements gathering, architectural design, technology selection, and design verification.
Manage a cross-functional development team and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital hardware design, with a strong focus on high-speed board design.
Proficiency in FPGA development and VHDL.
Experience with CPU/FPGA-based systems and high-speed communication protocols.
Strong understanding of PCB design principles and tools.
Experience with ruggedized hardware development is a plus.
