Responsibilities:
Leading the development of computer systems from system engineering, design, manufacturing, to delivery to the customer.
The role includes requirements definition, architecture design, technology selection, leading matrix development teams, and secondary contractor management.
Responsible for performance, quality, and timetables. Leading integration and testing at the system level and component-level integrations

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
At least 5 years of practical experience in hardware development (board and/or electronic boxes).
Experience in leading people.
Practical knowledge in rugged hardware development processes for military systems – an advantage.
Practical knowledge in leading architecture and firmware development of components in cards and systems – an advantage.
Interdisciplinary knowledge in electronics (analog/digital signals, power systems, firmware) – an advantage.
Practical experience in system design – an advantage.
Familiarity with international standards, with an emphasis on military standards – an advantage.
Second degree in related fields (electricity, computers) or systems engineering – an advantage.
