As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in transforming broad concepts into intuitive, user-friendly designs. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will help create engaging user experiences that simplify complex actions and drive meaningful results.

Responsibilities:

– Design intuitive flows and experiences, turning complex tasks into simple, user-friendly interfaces.
– Develop new experiences and visual systems that define the evolution of our product.
– Contribute to strategic decisions that shape the future direction of our products.
– Provide and gather feedback from designers and the product team to ensure continuous improvement of designs.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists, to ensure a seamless user experience from ideation to launch.

Minimum Qualifications:

– Proven experience in designing and shipping multiple features, with a focus on end-to-end experiences across various platforms.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to solve complex design challenges.
– Expertise in interaction design and a deep understanding of user needs, along with proficiency in prototyping tools to demonstrate flows and interactions.
– Ability to work independently and effectively manage time to meet project deadlines.
– A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-centric experiences.
– Visual design expertise, including proficiency in typography, UI design (desktop/mobile), color, layout, and iconography, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
