We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outbound Product Manager to shape and drive the future of our product. In this role, you will collaborate with customers, MSPs, and key stakeholders to identify opportunities that elevate our product to the next level. You'll play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product roadmap, analyzing user experiences, and driving innovation in user experience design.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers, MSPs, and stakeholders to gather insights and refine the product vision.
- Define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to assess and optimize user experience.
- Plan and lead a user experience transformation for key parts of the product.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team and UX designer, ensuring smooth delivery from concept to rollout.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify ways to enhance product differentiation.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in product management.
- Proven ability to simplify complex B2B systems.
- A passion for UX, with a track record of incorporating state-of-the-art usability into products.
- Strong ability to create and present ideas and mock-ups quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage customer conversations and articulate the product roadmap.
- Experience delivering solutions to MSPs – an advantage.
- Knowledge and/or understanding of cybersecurity team personas – an advantage.
