We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily administrative operations of the office and support the smooth running of various business processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
Handle purchase orders, monitor inventory levels, and maintain office supplies.
Coordinate meetings, manage executive calendars, and provide scheduling support.
Work with vendors, manage invoices, and ensure timely payments.
Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle phone calls and greet visitors.
Provide support to the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, and employee welfare.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in office management/administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of computerized systems.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of service orientation.
Experience working with vendors and managing tasks autonomously.
Good proficiency in English is required.
