We are seeking an Algorithm Validation Engineer to join our Algorithms team. The team is leading the next generation hearing eyewear algorithms. You will be responsible for manual and automated tests to evaluate audio performance on cutting-edge hearing technology.

Responsibilities:
• Design and execute manual and automated tests to evaluate audio performance.
• Comply with test standards, including company-specific standards and regulatory standards.
• Analyze test data, document findings, and present conclusions.
• Collaborate with algorithm teams and various on-site and off-site teams.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment.

Requirements:
• BSc in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of signal processing (audio signal processing preferred).
• Proficiency in MATLAB programming.
• Experience with lab equipment (audio equipment preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
