Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for new employees and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience while providing guidance on HR practices, labor law compliance, and managerial consulting.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and training.
- Apply multidisciplinary expertise in talent acquisition, headhunting, and managed services (RPO).
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
- Provide HR support as a single point of contact, offering guidance to managers, shaping policies, and advising on HR processes.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to develop HR strategies, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Build strong client relationships and actively support business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of recruitment and HR Partner experience, preferably within the technology industry – software, hardware, or multidisciplinary fields.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools.
- Proven ability to operate independently as an HR function, advising managers, shaping HR policies, and supporting organizational processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, inspiring teamwork and performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
