Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of experienced hardware engineers in developing products for the IoT field.
- Characterize and plan future products with a focus on hardware development aspects, and provide support for existing products.
- Ongoing management of the department’s tasks, including defining project schedules and costs related to hardware.
- Oversee electronic design, supporting the development team through all project stages from planning to mass production.
- Collaborate with other departments in the organization such as engineering, operations, mechanical development, radio, software, and systems engineering.
- Risk management.
- Strive for continuous improvement in technical knowledge, work methods, quality, and product control.
- Drive achievements and innovation, with the ability to lead changes.
Required Expertise and Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in designing electronic circuits integrated with microprocessors and radio.
- 5 years of experience leading hardware development teams.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including time and budget management.
- Practical experience with PCB design and layout software.
- Strong background in analog electronics, microcontrollers, sensors, and radio (advantage).
- Experience in IoT and communication products.
