We’re looking for a talented and experienced FPGA Design Engineer to join our hardware team and take on an impactful, end-to-end role in designing and implementing complex, ultra-low latency FPGA-based systems.

What you’ll be doing:
Design and develop advanced FPGA systems, from requirements and architecture through implementation, testing and debug
Characterize system requirements and specs, including defining the SW-HW interface
Debug production issues and narrow down problems to specific HW/SW domains
Develop and implement HW debug and development infrastructure
Research and optimize P&R strategies to reduce latency without compromising utilization or timing closure

What you’ll bring:
BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering from a leading academic institution (Cum Laude)
5+ years of hands-on experience in FPGA/VLSI development
Proficiency in Verilog/System Verilog/VHDL
Deep understanding of the full FPGA development flow: architecture, design, simulation, synthesis, place & route, and timing closure
Experience with hardware timing optimizations and lab debugging
Familiarity with Xilinx FPGA development – a plus
Knowledge of C/C++ – an advantage
Scripting skills in Python/R/Tcl – an advantage
A self-starter with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
