Responsibilities:
– Manage customer onboarding and maintain customer accounts.
– Serve as the first line of support, assisting with inquiries and providing timely solutions for cybersecurity-related issues.
– Act as the customer advocate, collaborating with internal teams including Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales.
– Create and maintain troubleshooting documents and playbooks to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Requirements:
– Minimum of two years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
– CCNA certification is required.
– Hands-on experience with Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco firewalls.
– Experience in incident response, security analysis, and troubleshooting.
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
– Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
– Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
Work Environment:
– The position may require participation in on-call rotations and occasional after-hours support.
– The candidate should be adaptable to a rapidly evolving threat landscape and committed to staying updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
