About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Board Design Engineer to join our innovative startup!
In this role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge hardware projects from concept to production. Your responsibilities will include defining technical requirements, creating hardware architectures, selecting appropriate technologies, and overseeing development teams.
You will also conduct design reviews and technical evaluations to ensure that all projects meet performance, quality, and timeline objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead hardware board development projects from concept through to production.
Define technical requirements and develop hardware architectures.
Select and integrate the most suitable technologies for development.
Conduct and oversee design reviews, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
Manage project performance, quality, and timelines from start to finish.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware development, particularly in High-Speed Board Design.
Strong knowledge of embedded CPU/FPGA boards, high-speed communication protocols, and high-speed transceivers.
Experience with FPGA development and VHDL is a plus.
Location: on-site – Northern Israel (road 6 or train)
