We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to take a leadership role in the development of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems for advanced hardware testing.
This position involves software development, maintenance, and leadership of testing processes, ensuring quick and effective solutions for software-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop code for ATE systems and lead the expansion of capabilities in this area.
Conduct code reviews for subcontractors’ work, bug fixing, and firmware updates for clients.
Lead the design and development of testing frameworks for advanced hardware products.
Serve as the software authority within the department, driving innovation and excellence.
Provide swift and high-quality responses to software issues related to ATE systems.

Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
At least 8 years of experience in software development using one or more of the following languages: Python, C, C#, C++, CVI.
A minimum of 3 years of experience developing in a .NET environment.
Experience writing software requirements and managing tasks or projects.
Significant advantage for experience with ATE systems and test system development.
Proven ability to lead technical projects and manage teams.
