This is a key leadership role combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment developing advanced and classified technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the company's IT strategy, roadmap, and infrastructure.
Manage cloud environments, primarily Google Cloud and Google Workspace, alongside on-premise infrastructure.
Lead enterprise systems, networking, endpoint management, and IT operations across company sites.
Work closely with Information Security teams to ensure secure, compliant, and well-separated IT environments.
Establish business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery capabilities.
Build and lead the IT team, manage vendors, budgets, procurement, and external service providers.
Support R&D, engineering labs, production, and operational teams.
Drive IT policies, service excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience leading IT / Information Systems in a technology company.
Strong experience with Google Cloud and Google Workspace.
Broad technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, IAM, endpoint management, and hybrid environments.
Experience managing enterprise systems, IT budgets, vendors, and teams.
Understanding of information security, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
