The role includes:

• Define, develop, and manage requirements for avionics systems
• Define and execute system integration activities and system-level testing
• Write requirements documents, ICDs, system design documents, and integration documentation
• Coordinate between engineering disciplines and participate in technical design reviews

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering – required
• At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in a multidisciplinary or avionics project – required
• Hands-on experience in system integration and/or design verification testing – required
• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Systems Engineering – an advantage
• Additional 2–3 years of experience in hardware or software development – an advantage
• Experience with airborne systems – an advantage
• Valid security clearance – an advantage
• Strong system-level thinking
• Proven technical leadership capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding and dynamic environment
