The role combines technical leadership, multidisciplinary development, and project management, working across optics, mechanics, electronics, software, and systems engineering to deliver complex EO solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate development activities across multiple engineering disciplines
Drive technical decisions, development milestones, and system-level requirements
Manage schedules, priorities, risks, resources, and development plans
Lead design reviews, integration, testing, and formal technical activities
Coordinate with program management, customers, subcontractors, and production teams
Lead prototyping and complex experiments for risk reduction and technology validation
Requirements
B.Sc. in Engineering, Electro-Optics, Physics, or a related field
5+ years of experience leading development processes in complex multidisciplinary systems
Strong system-level understanding and multidisciplinary engineering background
Proven leadership and team management skills
