Responsibilities:
Own and execute the user acquisition strategy, including media planning, budget allocation, campaign management, and growth initiatives.
Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels to achieve key growth, acquisition, and retention KPIs.
Scale performance marketing operations by building processes, frameworks, reporting infrastructure, and eventually growing a high-performing team.
Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, cohort data, and LTV metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI.
Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to drive growth initiatives and improve funnel performance.
Lead creative testing strategy, analyze creative performance, and translate data insights into actionable briefs for creative teams.
Establish performance measurement frameworks and ensure data-driven decision making across acquisition channels.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns for mobile apps, eCommerce, or consumer digital products.
Proven experience scaling user acquisition budgets while maintaining strong ROAS and performance targets.
Experience building and leading teams, with the ability to establish processes and drive execution.
Strong expertise with mobile measurement platforms and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
Deep understanding of user acquisition funnels, cohort analysis, LTV metrics, retention optimization, and growth methodologies.
Hands-on experience running campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and additional performance marketing channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into business actions.
Experience collaborating with creative teams and optimizing campaigns based on creative performance data.
