An innovative high-tech company is looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to join its Hardware team and lead the design and development of advanced electronic systems, including high-performance boards and embedded hardware solutions for compute, storage, and communication applications.

Responsibilities
Lead board design throughout the entire development lifecycle, from requirements definition and architecture to implementation, bring-up, validation, qualification, and release to production.
Take full ownership of electrical specifications, schematic design, component selection, and layout considerations.
Perform hands-on board bring-up, debugging, and validation in the lab, ensuring a smooth transition to manufacturing.
Contribute to system architecture by integrating hardware, firmware, and software considerations.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary R&D teams.
Support and monitor environmental and qualification testing.
