About the role
A growing defense technology company is looking for a Hardware Systems Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering team developing advanced simulation and training systems. The role involves leading hardware aspects of complex projects from the proposal stage through integration, customer delivery, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Define hardware requirements and translate customer needs into system solutions
• Develop system architecture and evaluate technical design alternatives
• Lead hardware integration activities, system testing, technical reviews, and field validation
• Coordinate activities across software, hardware, integration, production, and project teams
• Manage technical interfaces with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors in Israel and abroad
• Support projects throughout their full lifecycle from concept and design to deployment and customer acceptance
• Work with complex technologies including computing, networking, video, and audio systems
