A leading global technology company is looking for an Operations & Project Manager to join its global manufacturing and operations organization.
This position is a maternity leave replacement (approximately one year), with the potential for a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.
Based in Israel, you'll be the only local representative within a global team, working closely with colleagues across multiple regions and leading operational initiatives with international manufacturing partners.
What you'll do:
– Lead cross-functional operational and manufacturing projects
– Coordinate activities with global contract manufacturers and suppliers
– Drive process improvements and support production and repair operations
– Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement and Logistics teams
– Monitor project execution, resolve operational challenges and ensure business objectives are met
– Take ownership of initiatives from planning through execution
We're looking for someone who has:
– 25 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Manufacturing or Supply Chain
– Experience working with contract manufacturers (global experience is an advantage)
– Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
– Strong communication skills and excellent English
– A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to learn quickly and take ownership
Important to know:
– This is a global role with frequent collaboration across time zones.
– Evening meetings (typically between 18:0021:00) are expected approximately four times per week.
