HR-HOME is hiring a Talent Sourcer for a global engineering organization.
The role is part of a high-performing Talent Acquisition team focused on sourcing top-tier engineering talent in highly competitive markets.
What You'll Do:
Source and engage passive technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and external sourcing tools.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for engineering roles.
Conduct market mapping and talent research across multiple channels.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring goals.
Drive candidate engagement through targeted outreach and relationship building.
Must Have:
1+ years of experience specifically in talent sourcing, in a technology environment.
Proven hands-on experience sourcing through ATS systems and external sourcing platforms, in addition to LinkedIn Recruiter.
Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates and generate high response rates.
KPI-driven mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong ownership, accountability, and execution orientation.
Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
Ability to work onsite at least 4 days per week in Tel Aviv or Haifa.
