Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and development of airborne structural and aeronautical systems
Drive upgrade and enhancement programs for existing aerospace platforms and subsystems
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in a matrix environment
Own end-to-end engineering deliverables: concept, design, testing, qualification, prototype build, and production transfer
Act as technical focal point within an Integrated Product Team (IPT), interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
Define and manage engineering plans, schedules (Gantt), milestones, and development roadmaps
Ensure compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, cost, and schedule targets
Lead design reviews, engineering gates, and key technical decision forums
Coordinate across engineering disciplines and resolve integration issues
Manage technical interfaces with subcontractors and external partners
Support risk management and technical issue resolution throughout execution
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Mandatory
M.Sc. Advantage
5+ years of experience in structural design and/or aerospace system upgrade programs
Experience in technical leadership within complex aerospace or high-tech environments Advantage
Strong background in multidisciplinary engineering and full lifecycle development
Experience writing and managing technical specifications and development plans
Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive execution without formal authority
Experience working with subcontractors and external engineering partners Advantage
Familiarity with civil and/or military aviation standards Advantage
