Key Responsibilities:
Lead the business development strategy and execution across Europe and EMEA
Identify, initiate, and drive major business opportunities and long-term growth initiatives
Build and manage strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders at senior levels
Lead complex, system-level campaigns from early engagement through contract award
Oversee market intelligence, competitive analysis, and strategic positioning
Develop and expand presence in existing markets while penetrating new ones
Lead high-level negotiations and manage all aspects of major programs, including scope, quality, schedule, and budget
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, financial, legal, and operational stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration (MBA an advantage)
8+ years of experience in business development / marketing within international and defense-related markets
Military background in an aircrew position mandatory
Rotorcraft aircrew experience a strong advantage
Proven track record in leading and closing complex, high-value international deals
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams or major campaigns
Excellent communication and representation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution ability
Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and work non-standard hours
High level of English proficiency
