We are seeking an experienced Hardware Development Engineer to join a hardware group developing advanced systems for the detection and tracking of low-altitude platforms such as drones.
The role involves designing complex high-speed digital circuits alongside power supply systems, operating in noisy environments that require compliance with strict EMC standards. The position covers full lifecycle board design, including architecture definition, component selection, detailed schematic design, layout support, bring-up and validation, and transition to mass production. The role also requires close collaboration with RF, FPGA, algorithms, software, and system engineering teams.
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or an equivalent field
At least 15 years of experience in digital hardware design (Board Design, High-Speed Interfaces, FPGA, MCU)
At least 10 years of experience in power supply design (AC-DC, DC-DC, control, filtering, protection, EMC compliance)
Significant hands-on experience in digital beamforming development
Strong understanding of digital design principles, including signal integrity considerations
Experience with RTL coding (VHDL / Verilog), bring-up, and validation
Experience designing for EMC compliance, including SI/PI simulations and thermal design
Experience in system-level integration with embedded, RF, and algorithm teams
Experience working with MATLAB an advantage
