This is a Director-level position with significant impact on global performance, where you will lead Industrial Engineering activities, optimize production processes, and drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across fabs.
Responsibilities
• Lead global IE activities and collaborate with site leaders
• Drive OEE improvements, identify bottlenecks, and enhance productivity
• Lead cross-functional global projects (efficiency, cost reduction, CAPEX, WIP)
• Develop analytical models for planning and performance (KPI, WIP)
• Define and implement global operational standards
• Lead capacity management and benchmarking initiatives

Requirements
• B.Sc. in Industrial / Systems Engineering (M.Sc. – advantage)
• Extensive IE experience in semiconductor manufacturing
• Proven Director-level leadership experience
• Strong background in operations & manufacturing methodologies (Lean, TOC, etc.)
• Highly analytical and data-driven
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams
