We are looking for an experienced Algorithm Team Lead to drive the development of advanced computer vision and 3D algorithms, from concept through deployment on edge systems.
This role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership, requiring both deep expertise and the ability to deliver robust, real-world solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of algorithm engineers
Own the end-to-end development of algorithms, from research to implementation
Collaborate with software, hardware, and system teams
Contribute to technical direction and system architecture
Requirements:
M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
Experience leading algorithm teams
5+ years of experience in Computer Vision, Navigation & Estimation, or Machine Learning
Strong system-level understanding and delivery mindset
Experience with visual sensors (e.g., cameras, LiDAR)
Proficiency in C++ and Python
Advantages:
Experience with embedded or real-time systems
Background in autonomous systems and inertial/navigation sensors
Expertise in areas such as Deep Learning, SLAM, Sensor Fusion, Multi-Object Tracking, or State Estimation
