We are looking for a VP System Engineering to lead the architecture, development, and integration of complex multidisciplinary systems.
This role sits at the intersection of physics, hardware, software, and algorithms – driving end-to-end system definition and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead system architecture for advanced sensing / RF-based products
Own system-level design, integration, and validation
Work closely with algorithm, hardware, and software teams
Translate complex physical phenomena into scalable engineering solutions
Build and mentor a high-performing systems engineering team
Requirements:
Strong background in system engineering within deep-tech environments
Experience with RF systems, sensing technologies, or signal intelligence (SIGINT)
Deep understanding of multidisciplinary systems (HW/SW/Algorithms/Physics)
Proven leadership experience in complex product environments
Background in radar / RF / communication systems
