Candidate Experience – Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a Candidate Experience – Recruitment Coordinator (6182)

– to take full ownership of the recruitment back-office and candidate communication process – ensuring every interaction is professional, smooth, and human.
This is a key role at the heart of the hiring journey.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Conducting professional screening calls
• Managing end-to-end recruitment back-office processes
• Coordinating complex interview schedules
• Working closely with hiring managers and HR
• Owning candidate communication throughout the entire process
• Maintaining a high standard of Candidate Experience

Requirements:
• Fluent English – ability to manage ongoing communication in a global environment
• Previous experience in a similar Recruitment Coordinator / Candidate Experience role – required
• Immediate availability – an advantage
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
