What youll be responsible for:
Conducting professional screening calls
Managing end-to-end recruitment back-office processes
Coordinating complex interview schedules
Working closely with hiring managers and HR
Owning candidate communication throughout the entire process
Maintaining a high standard of Candidate Experience
Requirements:
Fluent English ability to manage ongoing communication in a global environment
Previous experience in a similar Recruitment Coordinator / Candidate Experience role required
Immediate availability an advantage
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
