A leading multidisciplinary technology company located in the Netanya area is seeking a skilled and experienced System Engineer to join its growing team.

About the Role:
The System Engineer will be responsible for leading system-level development throughout the full product life cycle, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, timeline, and budget constraints defined by the program management team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the development of complex systems or subsystems throughout the product life cycle
* Lead full project integration processes
* Identify and resolve system engineering conflicts
* Monitor and support execution of work plans
* Write and maintain system specifications
* Lead and participate in Design Reviews
* Define technical requirements and manage subcontractors from a system engineering perspective

Requirements:
* B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a System Engineer
* Proven ability to develop and implement system engineering processes
* Experience in autonomous / aerial / multidisciplinary systems – strong advantage
* High level of English (written and spoken)
* Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
