Role Overview
Lead end-to-end System Engineering activities for complex, multidisciplinary defense systems
Translate operational needs into complete engineering solutions while balancing performance, risk, cost, and schedule
Define system architecture and allocate requirements across subsystems
Drive system integration, verification processes, and operational field testing
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering Mandatory
Proven experience leading full lifecycle System Engineering processes (from CONOPS through integration and operational testing) Mandatory
Strong background in system architecture definition and subsystem decomposition Mandatory
Experience with requirements management and traceability Mandatory
Hands-on experience working with V-Model methodology and leading design reviews (SRR / PDR / CDR) Mandatory
Experience in system integration and field trials
Experience working in regulated environments (MIL-STD / STANAG or similar standards)
Broad multidisciplinary understanding (Hardware, Software, Algorithms, Communication, Cyber)
Experience supporting RFP responses and technical proposals
Strong analytical thinking combined with engineering pragmatism
Ability to make decisions under uncertainty
Professional authority and leadership presence
Ability to present and work with senior stakeholders and defense customers
