The Role
Were looking for a high-motivation FAE or Sales Engineer (or Technician) who loves technology, enjoys meeting customers, and thrives on turning technical needs into commercial opportunities.
While RF & Microwave technologies are the core of our offering, this role also involves thermal management solutions (heat pipes, vapor chambers, cold plates, carrier-grade thermal assemblies, etc.) for the said applications a fast-growing market segment.
This position offers VERY high earning potential for strong performers.
Territory: North of Tel Aviv
Work Model: Hybrid / WFH-friendly
Travel: Customer-facing (site visits, labs, integrators, OEMs, primes)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new commercial opportunities
Drive design-in activities across Ormics RF/MW and Thermal Management portfolios
Engage R&D, system, antenna, thermal, procurement, and integration teams
Support early-phase feasibility discussions and product selection
Be the technical point-of-contact for world-leading RF/MW + Thermal vendors
Build long-term, trusted relationships across Tier-1 customers such as: Elbit Systems, IAI, Rafael, SCD, NVIDIA, Kratos, Qualcomm, etc.
Qualifications
Must-Have: Deep familiarity with Tier-1 Aerospace & telecom customers NORTH of Tel Aviv (see list above).
Plus:
Excellent Human Relationship
Proven experience in RF/MW components, antennas, modules & Thermal Management Solutions
Strong technical communication skills (customer-facing MUST)
Ability to learn new technologies rapidly & autonomously
Independent, curious, and proactive by nature
Mastering Office & Power point presentations
English speaking writing.
Candidates from Engineering, Technician, Application, Integration, Test, or FAE roles are welcome.
