This is a senior, highly impactful position at the forefront of multidisciplinary technology, combining broad system-level responsibility with close collaboration across algorithms, physics, software, hardware, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end systems engineering, from requirements definition through integration, testing, and operational maturity
• Define key system-level and physical characteristics of the seeker
• Drive complex multidisciplinary engineering solutions and lead professional technical teams
• Take ownership of system integration, testing, and critical technological decisions
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Electro-Optics, Aeronautical Engineering, Physics, or a related field – required
• Approximately 10+ years of experience in multidisciplinary systems engineering
• Proven experience leading complex technological systems
• Strong system-level thinking and ability to see the broader engineering picture
• Excellent technical leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in complex R&D environments
