This role involves managing, maintaining, and supporting a large-scale Microsoft-based environment, with a strong focus on stability, security, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Microsoft-based systems and servers.
Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
Manage core infrastructure services (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, NPS).
Ensure system availability, performance, and compliance with security policies.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for infrastructure-related issues
Participate in infrastructure projects and continuous system improvements.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator.
In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 (including AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, NPS)
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments
Hands-on experience with SCCM
Experience working with VMware virtualization environments
Relevant certifications (Microsoft / Cisco) – advantage
Knowledge of storage systems, networking, and information security principles – an advantage
