We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of complex multidisciplinary RF and Electronic Warfare (EW) projects from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

Manage technical project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
Lead multidisciplinary teams including system, RF, hardware, software, and algorithms engineers.
Define project scope, requirements, and milestones in coordination with customers and internal stakeholders.
Track progress, risks, and budgets to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Support system integration, testing, and technical reviews.
Prepare technical documentation and project reports.

Requirements

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary R&D or system development projects.
Strong technical background in RF, EW, or communication systems.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional engineering teams.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
