An innovative company developing cutting-edge audio and hearing solutions is looking for a highly skilled Embedded Project Manager to join its growing R&D team. In this role, you’ll manage complex embedded system projects from concept to production, working closely with experts across hardware, firmware, software, QA, and product management. Your work will help shape innovative solutions that improve focus and hearing in real-world environments.

What you’ll do:
Lead embedded projects from planning through delivery
Define scope, timelines, and resource allocation with cross-functional teams
Build and manage detailed project plans
Monitor progress, report KPIs, and manage risks
Facilitate smooth communication between hardware, software, and QA teams
Oversee external vendors and partners
Drive continuous improvement in tools and processes

What you’ll bring:
BSc or MSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering or similar
5+ years experience in embedded systems (development or management)
2+ years experience as Project Manager or team lead in embedded environments
Deep understanding of embedded software and hardware/firmware integration
Experience across full product lifecycle
