Description
Lead a hands-on development team within the Information Systems department, responsible for designing, developing, and evolving complex ERP-based solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
The role combines technical leadership, active involvement in development and architecture, and ownership of end-to-end system solutions – from design through implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization.
You will work closely with architects, system analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, robust solutions that support core business processes, while continuously improving system performance, stability, and innovation.
Key responsibilities include leading development activities in the PLM/ERP domain, designing and implementing complex integrations with enterprise systems, and driving continuous improvement of development standards, processes, and technologies.

Requirements
• B.Sc. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development for ERP or CRM platforms
• 4+ years of experience leading a development team, including technical mentoring
• Strong experience in complex enterprise and multi-system environments
• Hands-on expertise with SQL, data modeling, and database-oriented systems
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and Web Services
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration processes
• Strong technical problem-solving skills alongside excellent communication and leadership abilities
Significant advantage:
• Development experience with Java or Python
