A growing tech company is seeking a Development Team Lead to lead and a Web Full Stack team, directly impacting business growth and technology strategy. Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor developers, fostering technical excellence.
Oversee development including code reviews of scalable Web systems using Python, React, TypeScript, and APIs.
Own performance and code quality.
Scale teams, build new functions, and optimize workflows.
Collaborate with CTO, product & business leaders to align development with strategy.
Solve complex technical challenges and drive execution.
Requirements:
Proven leadership of developers.
Strong hands-on experience preferably in Python, React, TypeScript, and API development
Experience scaling teams and structuring engineering growth.
Familiarity with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes – advantage.
