Responsibilities:
Lead a Full Stack team, including planning, prioritization, and performance management
Build detailed work plans and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
Oversee architecture and hands-on development (Java backend, React frontend)
Drive system integrations across internal and external platforms
Work within Linux and Docker environments
Promote DevOps principles and CI/CD automation
Integrate AI technologies to enhance system capabilities and user experience
Manage multiple projects under pressure
Collaborate with senior management and mentor team members
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / related field
5+ years of Full Stack development experience
2+ years in team leadership or technical management
Strong hands-on experience with Java, React, and JavaScript
Experience with Docker, Linux, cloud environments, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with AI-based development or integration – advantage
Background in system integrations and cross-team collaboration
Excellent communication skills and strategic mindset
