Responsibilities:
Define system architecture, technology stack, and technical roadmap
Lead development of scalable cloud-native microservices and CI/CD pipelines
Integrate AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, model serving, MLOps, monitoring)
Remain hands-on across backend and frontend development
Design and maintain secure air-gapped and on-prem environments
Establish observability, security (IAM, encryption, secrets), and cost efficiency standards
Collaborate with Product, Data, DevOps, and Security teams to meet SLOs and SLAs
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science / related field
7+ years of software development experience, including 2–3 years in leadership
Cloud expertise (AWS / Azure / GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as Code
Strong Full Stack capabilities (APIs, databases, modern frontend frameworks)
Experience building or maintaining secure air-gapped/on-prem systems
High-level English proficiency
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
