About the Role
We are seeking an experienced System Engineer to join a multidisciplinary R&D team focused on advanced wireless communication solutions.
In this role, you will lead the definition and optimization of MAC protocols, synchronization mechanisms, and mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) architectures.
You will play a key role in translating system concepts into high-performance, field-ready wireless products while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Requirements
B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in wireless communication systems
Strong expertise in synchronization techniques (time/frequency) and MAC layer design
Solid background in probability theory and stochastic processes
Proven experience in system definition, integration, and verification of wireless networks
Practical experience with MANET architectures – advantage
Experience writing technical specifications and system requirements
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and international customers
