About the Role
We are seeking a Senior System Engineer to lead the full lifecycle of satellite communication (SATCOM) solutions, from concept definition to integration and field validation.
This role involves translating operational needs into robust system architecture, coordinating trade-offs across RF, modem, software, networking, and mechanical domains.

Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical, Communications, or Computer Engineering (M.Sc. – advantage)
5+ years of experience in system engineering for SATCOM or tactical communication systems
Strong expertise in SATCOM concepts: GEO/MEO/LEO, terminals vs. hubs, antennas, link budgets, BER/EB/N0, availability
Proven experience in end-to-end system engineering, integration, and verification of complex communication systems
Hands-on knowledge of RF and modem/DSP fundamentals (filters, modulations like QPSK/QAM, FEC, synchronization, timing)
Experience with system modeling tools such as MATLAB/Simulink; scripting in Python; RF test equipment – advantage
Familiarity with MANET architectures and mobile ad hoc routing protocols (OLSR/BABEL/DSR) – advantage
Understanding of tactical communications, waveforms, radios, interoperability, and LPI/LPD/AJ considerations – advantage
Strong technical writing skills and experience leading cross-disciplinary design reviews and decision-making
