Join a leading engineering organization and take part in developing cutting-edge avionics modules for large-scale, multidisciplinary and mission-critical systems.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end development, integration and production of complex modules, working in a matrix environment with top engineering teams, customers and subcontractors — from early design through deployment at customer sites.

What you’ll do:
– Lead development and production of advanced avionics modules
– Drive multidisciplinary engineering teams (systems, HW, SW, mechanics, testing)
– Lead design reviews, integrations, and system-level testing
– Work closely with customers and subcontractors on schedules, budgets and execution

What we’re looking for:
– B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering
– 5+ years of experience leading or developing complex HW/SW products
– Strong systems engineering mindset
– Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
– Leadership, ownership, and the ability to drive teams in complex environments

Advantages:
