A leading solar-technology company is looking for a Systems Engineering Team Lead to manage a multidisciplinary group developing an autonomous robotic inspection platform for large-scale solar fields.
Description
• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team (mechanical, embedded software, hardware)
• Own system-level architecture, design, and integration for the autonomous robotic platform
• Collaborate daily with global engineering teams to integrate perception, analytics, and embedded systems
• Define system interfaces, functional requirements, and verification plans
• Drive field validation, gather performance feedback, and implement improvements
• Ensure cohesive collaboration between mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to deliver field-ready solutions

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering for robotics, autonomous vehicles, or complex mechatronic systems.
• Strong background in software/hardware/mechanical engineers (with strong systems skills).
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, autonomy, perception, or mobility platforms – advantage
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and manage system integration end-to-end.
