Key Responsibilities:
Plan and perform validation testing for analog and digital boards
Design and execute complex hardware integration tasks for motion control products
Debug, analyze, and resolve design flaws and system-level issues
Perform CE, UL, and safety-related tests in accordance with applicable standards
Conduct bring-up activities, validate designs, and support transfer to manufacturing
Analyze and modify existing products to address reliability and end-of-life (EOL) issues
Define, write, and maintain testing, validation, integration, and certification documentation and reports
Requirements:
Practical Engineer degree
At least 2 years of experience as an R&D Validation Engineer
Good knowledge of relevant CAD tools such as ORCAD and Allegro
Hands-on experience with safety standards and certification processes – advantage
Experience with motion and control systems – advantage
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of an engineering team
Creative problem-solving skills and a hands-on, analytical mindset
