About the Role: We are seeking an experienced System Engineer to join our Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, integration, and implementation of advanced C4I solutions within complex, multidisciplinary projects. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and international clients to meet both operational and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: – Define system architecture and translate operational needs into technical requirements. – Develop System Requirement Documents (SRD) and detailed design specifications. – Coordinate between software, hardware, communications, and platform teams. – Present system solutions and participate in project reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, FAT, SAT). – Work within an Agile environment, including defining work plans, managing the backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. – Perform validation and verification scenarios to optimize system performance. – Lead deployment and integration of projects at customer sites abroad. Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Systems Engineering – an advantage). – Minimum 3 years of experience with multidisciplinary systems (defense industry experience – an advantage). – Experience in communication systems and protocols. – Proven experience working in an Agile environment. – Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. – High-level English proficiency and willingness to travel abroad.

Key Responsibilities: Lead design and development of power supplies, DC/DC converters, and battery management units (PCUs).Develop motor drivers and control systems for brushed and brushless DC motors (BLDC).Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams – systems, software, and mechanical engineering.Manage design reviews, testing, and integration for high reliability.Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
