Responsibilities:Manage customer onboarding and maintain customer accounts.Serve as the first line of support, assisting with inquiries and providing timely solutions for cybersecurity-related issues.Act as the customer advocate, collaborating with internal teams including Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales.Create and maintain troubleshooting documents and playbooks to enhance customer experience and efficiency. Requirements:Minimum of two years of experience in cybersecurity roles.CCNA certification is required.Hands-on experience with Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco firewalls.Experience in incident response, security analysis, and troubleshooting.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
