Project Manager – Renewable Energy
Location: Ramat Gan, Israel

A global company in the renewable energy sector is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale international solar projects, from procurement through commissioning.
This is a strategic role, requiring hands-on leadership, technical depth, and cross-functional coordination across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: from purchase order to successful commissioning
Oversee project financials – budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and cost control
Ensure site safety and full compliance with WHS standards
Lead and support direct reports, ensuring high-performance delivery
Provide expert technical guidance to customers and internal teams
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and engineering functions globally
Act as the customer’s voice within the organization, driving solutions and improvements
Support resolution of installation, quality, and operational issues on-site
Participate in cross-functional teams to support product development and customer needs

Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in project management (solar/energy/infrastructure preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Experience with logistics, supply chain, and customer interfacing
High level of English (spoken and written)
Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
Advantage: experience with PV tracking systems or utility-scale solar projects
