We are seeking a Tech Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team for a 6-month project with potential for extension. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tel Aviv, ideal for someone passionate about tech sourcing, Boolean search, and creative candidate outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for tech roles across engineering, product, and data functions.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
- Implement AI-based sourcing technologies to drive efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing priorities and profile requirements.
- Develop talent pipelines and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize outreach and conversion.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in tech sourcing or full-cycle tech recruitment.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methods.
- Experience using sourcing tools, ATS, and AI-driven recruitment platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- English; Hebrew – a must.
- Availability for a 6-month, 100% on-site role in Tel Aviv, with potential for continuation based on mutual fit.
