Join a cutting-edge robotics team developing next-generation autonomous systems. We are looking for a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to lead firmware design and development, drive innovation, and help shape high-performance robotic platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and testing of embedded firmware for robotic systems.
- Mentor and manage a team of embedded firmware engineers.
- Collaborate with system, hardware, and software teams to define architecture and technical requirements.
- Develop real-time control algorithms and implement robust communication protocols.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in code quality, safety, and reliability.
Requirements
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in embedded firmware development.
- Strong hands-on experience with C/C++, real-time systems, microcontrollers, and low-level hardware interfaces.
- Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, CAN, etc.).
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing development lifecycles.
- Experience in robotic systems or autonomous platforms – a strong advantage.
