A leading medical device company is seeking a Controller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
– Oversee bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
– Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements and manage internal and external audits.
– Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
– Oversee cash flow management and tax compliance, working with external advisors to optimize tax strategies.

What We're Looking For:

– Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required.
– 4-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a public company.
– Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and SEC regulations.
– Advanced proficiency in financial software such as Priority and Excel.
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
